Delivery Our standard website delivery charge within the U.K is £3.95 for all orders under £50 and FREE Delivery for orders above. Our delivery times are between two to four working days. We also deliver to all E.U. countries, the charge for this is £7.95. Next day delivery is available for all orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), the charge for this £5.95 Returns If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know why so we can try to make sure you’re not disappointed again – just get in touch To return any items, simply fill out our returns form included with your purchases and return it with the items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all returns must be unworn and with all the original wrapping and tags intact. Thanks. We’ll then refund the card you paid with, or you can specify on our returns form if you’d prefer to exchange the items for another size or colour, of for any other items of the same cost. You will have to pay the costs of sending the return back to us. Also, please be aware that some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons – these products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description. |
